ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Megan Burnside is a co-founder of Life of Clarity.com and is dedicated to teaching people tools and practices to live a more joyful life. She is a holistic health coach and a therapeutic guided imagery facilitator. She loves teaching about the chemistry of essential oils and the emotional and spiritual aspects of health, including meditation, mindfulness, and minimalism. She and her husband and children spend a lot of the year traveling, meeting new people, and teaching and learning.
